British Nigerian Academy (BNA) was established in 2008 by the late Barrister (Mrs.) Nnenna Millicent Ukachukwu. With a vision to create a premier learning institution, BNA was designed to comfortably accommodate 1000 students, providing them with top-notch facilities and a conducive environment for learning and personal growth
Situated on 10 hectares within the serene Prince and Princess Estate, our state-of-the-art campus offers modern classrooms, science and computer labs, sports facilities, and comfortable boarding accommodations. This environment is designed to support both academic and personal growth
British Nigerian Academy is a stimulating and caring community that nurtures well-rounded individuals towards becoming responsible citizens of a global society.
BNA is accredited to run various external examinations, including those administered by the British Council, Cambridge Assessment International Education, and the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP). We also offer WAEC, NECO, and BECE examinations.
British Nigerian Academy offers its students an internationally based curriculum that is holistic, rigorous, and stimulating. Within our caring community, we enable students to develop their academic, moral, spiritual, social, physical, and creative attributes, fostering independence of thought and an enduring love of discovery and learning.
BNA provides a comprehensive curriculum that includes the British and Nigerian educational systems. In May 2014, we became the first school in Abuja and Northern Nigeria to offer the International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum, reinforcing our commitment to global standards of education.
